Skydive Saratoga is located less than an hour north of Albany. If you live in Albany or the Capital Region, this is a short drive up I-87, not a far-off bucket list trip.
We offer tandem skydiving over the breathtaking Adirondack Mountains and Lake George region.

At Skydive Saratoga you’ll find plush grass landing areas, comfortable seating for spectators, and a welcoming environment where friends and family can share the excitement.
Our two Cessna 182 aircraft are maintained by one of the top-rated repair shops in the area, with diligent inspections to ensure they’re always ready for flight .
Every parachute is packed, inspected, and maintained by our on-site FAA-certified riggers. And our instructors are all USPA-certified professionals who guide you through the skydive and set the stage for a memorable experience.

Your Tandem Skydiving Experience
After arriving from Albany, you’ll be welcomed by our team and guided through paperwork and a clear review of safety procedures. We believe preparation builds confidence, and confidence makes the experience better.
You’ll meet your USPA-Certified tandem instructor and complete a focused 30-minute safety briefing so you know exactly what to expect. Then you’ll gear up and board the aircraft for a scenic 20-minute climb over the Lake George region and the Adirondack Mountains.
As the Capital Region stretches out behind you and the Adirondacks come into view, the door opens at 9,000 feet.
Strapped securely to your instructor, you’ll step into the sky and experience about 30 seconds of freefall.
When the parachute deploys, everything shifts. The rush softens into calm as you glide for 5–6 minutes over the Adirondack Mountains. That is a view you can only get at Skydive Saratoga. We’re the only drop zone in the Adirondacks, and you’ll understand why that matters the second you look out.
Your instructor will bring you in for a smooth landing on our grass field, and moments later you’ll be walking back to the spectator area with a completely different energy than when you arrived. You’ll receive your first jump certificate which also counts as a loggable skydive if you ever decide to pursue your license.
